Activate Those Glutes: Hex Bar Deadlift with Resistance Band

Can’t seem to fire up your glutes ? Try this variation out the next time you perform a hex bar/trap bar deadlift to improve your glute activation! ?

Using the resistance band in this manner for other exercises is possible as well (squats, rdl’s, etc.) You can even do it with just your body weight to practice your hip hinge pattern.  Get creative with it!
