Here are 2 of a billion great exercises to implement into your training program if you’re looking for movements that could help improve your rotational strength & power capabilities.
Shown here is our baseball athlete performing the “Rotational Low to High Cable Chop” and the “Step Through Med Ball Twist Toss.” Both are great exercise selections and are a bit more specific to baseball or softball, as compared to other variations of many different rotational exercises.
